Implementing the Koll app for your business
Welcome to a whole new way of making and receiving calls. Koll enables calls where the recipient knows not only who is calling but also why they are being called.
Below are instructions and tips for getting started. Please take a look.
Step 1. If you're not familiar with the Koll app, start by checking it out at www.kollapp.com/yrityksille. If you're already familiar with Koll, skip ahead to Step 2.
Step 2. Link your company's Koll account
a) Jos sinulla ei ole vielä Koll-sovellusta asennettuna. Numeroosi on tullut tekstiviesti Koll-nimiseltä käyttäjältä. Viestissä lukee “<Kollegasi nimi> kutsuu sinut Koll-sovelluksen yrityskäyttäjäksi. Hyväksy kutsu liittyä <Yrityksesi nimi> -yritykseen lataamalla Koll sovelluskaupasta: https://kollapp.com/app”. Seuraa ohjeita, niin pääset liittymään yrityksesi Koll-tiliin.
b) Jos sinulla on jo Koll-sovellus asennettuna. Puhelimesi ilmoituskeskuksessa ja myös Koll-sovelluksessa näkyy ilmoitus, jossa lukee “<Kollegasi nimi> kutsuu sinut liittymään <Yrityksesi nimi>”. Napauta ilmoitusta, niin pääset liittymään yrityksesi Koll-tiliin.
Step 3. Edit your Koll profile. Add your title and a professional profile picture to your profile.
Step 4. Make a few test calls. On the Contacts tab, you can either enter a phone number or search for people by company name, full name, or Koll username. The app automatically detects whether the recipient has the Koll app installed.
a) Try out the full calling experience between two Koll app users. In this calling experience, the person receiving the call will see your photo, name, title, company name, and the reason for the call.
Make a test call to a business contact or a colleague who uses the Koll app. If you can't think of anyone to call, you can call the Koll team members whose Koll usernames are: hannu and pekka.
b) Test the calling experience with someone who does not have the Koll app installed. In this calling experience, the recipient will see a notification on their screen displaying your company’s name and your name. When the recipient taps the notification, they will also see the call subject.
Give your business contact—or even a colleague—a test call. If you can’t think of anyone to call, you can reach out to the Koll team at either +358413660123 (Hannu) or +358469474083 (Pekka).
